Before you approve your artwork
Cancel any time before you approve your artwork and we will refund you in full. Message us on Etsy or email us.
After you approve your artwork
Approving the artwork starts production of an item made specifically for your pet, so custom items are final sale from that point.
Defects and our errors, always covered
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the artwork you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint and reship at no cost, or refund you in full.
Lost in transit
Every order ships with tracking. If tracking shows your order lost in transit, we will reprint and reship it free.
