We keep it simple

This website is a storefront. It has no accounts, no photo uploads, and takes no payments. You order on Etsy and then send us your pet's photo through Etsy messages.

What this site collects

Almost nothing. There are no advertising trackers and no cross-site tracking.

Like nearly every website, our servers and Cloudflare keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and protect the site.

Ordering on Etsy

When you buy, your payment and shipping details are collected and processed by Etsy under Etsy's own privacy policy. Your pet's photo and details are the ones you send us in an Etsy message.

As the seller, we receive from Etsy what we need to make and ship your order: your name, shipping address, your pet's photo and details, and any messages you send us.

Your pet's photo

Your photo is used exclusively for creating your artwork. It is never shown publicly unless you explicitly allow us to use it on our product page and website.

We delete order photos and proofs from our files six months after delivery. That window lets us handle reprints and disputes. Want something deleted sooner? Ask, and we will delete it.

Live chat

The chat button is optional, and nothing chat-related loads until you click it. If you do, the conversation runs through Chatwoot, our chat provider, which receives what you type and standard technical data (like your browser and IP address) to deliver the chat. You can chat without giving your name or email.

Email

If you email us, we keep the conversation for as long as we need it to help you. We do not add you to any marketing list.
