What sizes are available?
The tag comes in only one size and is 1.122 inches (28.5 mm) across. It will look small on bigger dogs. Larger tag sizes will be added once we find the right equipment!
Is every portrait custom?
Yes! Every portrait is created from your photo, unique to your pet. You will see the artwork before we print it.
What if I want changes to the artwork?
Ask for changes when you review the preview and we will revise the artwork. Most orders need one or two rounds.
What do I get for $29.99?
The metal tag with your pet's portrait printed in full color and your phone number on the back.
How long does it take?
You will usually see your artwork preview within 3 business days of ordering. After you approve it, we print and ship within 3 business days, with tracking. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks end to end.
What is your refund policy?
Custom items are final sale once you approve the artwork, except for defects or our error, in which case we make it right at no cost. Before approval, you can cancel for a full refund. Full details are on our refunds page.
What happens to my pet's photo?
It is used only to create your artwork. We never share it, and we delete photos and artwork files six months after delivery. Details are in our privacy policy.
